Expert Witness Services

LRAM specializes in the provision of Expert Witness Services to the legal mechanisms such as the Planning and Environment Court in Queensland.

These services are provided at two levels. We provide advice to projects which require statuary approvals and evaluation as well as to projects under appeal from such processes.

Our corporate philosophy is that our services are based on criteria of independence as required of expert witnesses irrespective of the level of assessment.

The firm has over 20 years experience in the area and has provided services to projects involving town planning and environmental matters in more than 30 cases before the courts and in numerous other projects that have not been subject to court processes.
